We Each Let Letters Do Our Novel Entertaining
Some stand-out entries in our latest Storm, and a good spread of contestants too. Seems we’re moving from a brainstorm in a teacup to one of those ceramic mugs with funny messages around the side.
Two categories, as I said, with the first being MAQ – Masterful And Quotable:
Simon L set the pace with COFFEE: Cure of fatigue for enhanced efficiency. A brilliant opener that could be sitting in any dictionary near you.
So too the contemporary HOPE of robskee: How Obama persuades electorate. (Straight from headline to strapline – fine work.)
But I couldn’t resist Mr X’s truthful humour that explains how most of us came to be vying for these invisible trophies: Work Escaped By Searching URLs Relentlessly For Interesting New Games.
++
Category Two is the HAHA – or How Artful, How Absurd.
Kudos to marmaloid, an inaugural acronymista, for his RINGTONE, finishing with the fine triad of Only Nauseates Eardrums. Crazy frog, eat your heart out.
And X’s REALITY TV (….Tempting You To View), but really this category’s criteria gave the jury no choice but to anoint robskee for SURREALISM:
Seven Unicorns Regard Rippling Eggs, A Lobster Is Slowly Melting.
Everything in the frame but the burning kitchen sink. Congratz to the podium occupants, and look to plug into a new storm next week. Brainstormers, You Excelled.
