So far I can only come up with one which may not qualify(a bit foreign). It is a recipe I found in a vegetarian cookbook for “faux pho”.

This pair also has a foreign component:
Quay & ki

Taking a trip to Vietnam last year, I’m liking JD’s pho idea, and not a pairing I’d included in the solution. Well done.
Re X’s guess, I have listed KEY/QI as one of two ‘foreignisms’. The other four couples are commonplace, though clearly not so easy to hunt down.

Delving into literature there’s:
orc & awk

and using the same vowel sound:
or & awe

Sorry, that shouldhave been orc and auk

OR/AWE is listed. Kudos.
ORC/AUK is not, but thoroughly legit, both animals capable of being diced and added to JD’s faux pho. Well snared.
By my lights there are three common pairs and one exotic pair yet to nail.

Anout as shoart as you can get:
eye and I

Sticking with the pronouns (and hopefully avoiding the typos):
you and ewe

It’s probably a bit too foreign but:
we & oui

Splitting hairs:
Aye and I
Wee and oui

You’ve picked the right language, but the French-ism is a wee more visible. In fact, the same item can generate a wee.
As for the last homegrown example, think of your deaf uncle.

Eh and the Scrabbler’s favourite ai

Bingo, though even A would do, eh?

Another franco-pair:
Oh! and eau
